Trading Terms & Conditions

Payment, unless otherwise agreed, is to be made before products are shipped. Credit Approved customers must pay within 30 days from date invoiced.

Prices Discounts

All pricing is subject to Manufacturer Rise and Fall, without notice.

Claims & Returns

All products sold will be deemed to be of the required quality and type unless a claim specifying particulars of deficiencies or incorrect type is made within seven days after receipt of goods by the purchaser. Credits WILL NOT be raised for goods taken into your stock. Where products are on-forwarded by goods-rail or a nominated courier, then a receipt from the railway or carrier shall be considered adequate proof of delivery and Australian Cleaning Products & Equipment liability will cease. Except, for the return of faulty or incorrect supplied goods, a 15% restock charge will apply.

Reservation Of Title

As mentioned above, until the goods, the subject of the contract are paid in full, ownership shall remain with the vendor, known here as Australian Cleaning Products & Equipment but the risk shall be as to the purchaser.

Australian Cleaning Products & Equipment holds the right to reject any order placed online or offline..
